Delete Your Naseeb Account & Data

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Naseeb account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Who Can Request Deletion?

Any registered user of Naseeb can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@naseeb.app from the email address linked to your Naseeb account.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete My Naseeb Account
  3. Include the following in your message:
    • Your full name (optional)
    • Your Naseeb username or registered email
    • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted?

Once your account is deleted:

  • Your profile, photos, messages, and preferences will be permanently deleted.
  • All personally identifiable information (PII) will be removed from our systems.
  • Your match history and interactions will also be deleted.

What Data May Be Retained?

For legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention purposes, we may retain limited data such as transaction records or account activity logs for up to 90 days before full deletion.
